Crimson Tide is a poltech 396 catamaran. She is built to fully comply with all required UK safety standards.

She was purpose built in 2007 for charter angling and is 42 feet long by 16 feet in beam. There is an enormous 400 square feet of deck space and 95 feet of gunwale length which means that 10 anglers can fish in comfort.

Being a catamaran Crimson Tide is very stable and can comfortably fish in conditions where mono-hulls would be uncomfortable.

Crimson Tide has twin 400 HP diesel engines which give a cruising speed of 18 knots with a full crew.
8 anglers can sit in comfort in our wheelhouse which is heated in winter. There is a flushing toilet. Hot tea and coffee as well as lunch are provided free of charge.

Crimson Tide is fully equipped with open array Radar, 2xGPS, 2xPlotters, 3x VHF Radios, 2xFishfinders and all safety equipment to comply with MCA category 2, 60 mile code.

We have insulated fish room, live bait tanks, rod storage and hanging space for waterproofs. First class ABU rods and Shimano TLD reels are standard tackle on this vessel.
